7. DATA ACTIVELY PROVIDED BY YOU AS A USER OF THE SITE OR SERVICES:

As part of this registration, we also have the right to inform you about changes, additions or new versions of the site, about changes to our terms and conditions, as well as about this privacy statement and other information provided via the site and, for example, about new products.

As a reseller, you can also register directly via the link on our site. In this case, the data, which is necessary to provide the information and services of this reseller platform, is determined by the registration form. We will store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing information and services to you as a reseller. The legal basis is Art. 6, § 1, point b) of the GDPR.
c) If you subscribe to a newsletter, you can do so by entering only your e-mail address, without providing any additional information. No additional information will be requested. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending out newsletters. In this procedure, we first send an e-mail to the specified address. However, the user will not receive the newsletter via e-mail until he/she clicks on the link in the e-mail and expressly confirms to us that he/she wants to activate the newsletter service. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6, § 1, point a) of the GDPR. We want to emphasize the fact that by sending the newsletter, we evaluate your user behavior. For this analysis, the email we send you contains so-called web beacons or web beacons, which are single-pixel image files stored on our site. For evaluation purposes, we link the above data and web beacons to your email address and an individual ID. You may opt out of this monitoring at any time by clicking on the separate link in each email or by notifying us through another means of contact. The information is kept for as long as you remain a subscriber to the newsletter. After deletion, we keep the data for purely statistical purposes and in an anonymous way. If at any time you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A text message to the contact person on the "Imprint" page of our website is sufficient for this purpose. You will of course find a link to unsubscribe in each newsletter as well. If you cancel your subscription, your email address stored with our newsletter provider will be automatically deleted.
d) The data created by users in order to use the site via login or subscription to newsletters is stored on servers managed on our behalf. These service providers are contractually bound by an agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The server operators are, however, subject to the same data protection standards as we are and operate in the European Union.
e) To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, our website is encrypted with HTTPS technology.

For this purpose, the Site may use web beacons and third-party cookies. The information collected by the provider includes pages visited, browsing patterns and similar data. This data allows us to understand what product information users are most interested in and what offers they prefer to see. We also do not exclude the possibility of transmitting anonymous usage data for market research purposes. Even though we have commissioned third parties to collect information from our site, we maintain control over how this data is or is not used. The cookie itself does not contain any personal data, but if you provide personal data when you visit the site and you do not delete the cookie from your browser after providing it, the vendor collects the non-personal data stored in the cookie (such as the number of visits to the vendor) and stores and processes it in an anonymous manner.

Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide information on internet usage. You can prevent the use of cookies by configuring your browser settings, but please note that in this case you may not be able to fully use all the features of this website.
